One of our qualified technicians will visit the site that you want assessed and complete a Hazard Management Plan (HMP), on which we will record important and detailed information regarding your confined space. After one of our workplace safety assessments you will understand:
- The hazards that can occur in that space and what controls need to be in place to off set them
- What you need to lock-out and where the controls are
- What needs to be done to the confined space before someone enters the space including but not limited to PPE, Ventilation, Signage, Tool Guarding or Hot Work Precautions
- The details of the retrieval systems you need to have in place
- Have an action plan for a retrieval from the confined space
These assessments are put in place to protect you and make sure the person entering the confined space (the entrant) comes out safely.
